We offer room only rates in the off season and bed and breakfast or room only rates in the summer. Reservations are easy to make by phone, fax, email or online. For your convenience we have introduced our Online Booking System. You can use it to check room availability and rates, as well as make your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details and directions. Please call us if you are having any problems with our online booking or if you would like help choosing the room that would be most suitable for you. Do not hesitate to call us directly if the room or date you requested, is no longer available online. You will not be able to use online reservations for same day reservations. We can be reached by phone at 1.800.909.7434 if you are calling in North America. Or from oversees, call us at 250.373.2528. Our office is open from 8am to 10 pm Pacific Standard Time. Should you get our answering machine, please do leave a message. We're happy to return your call, anywhere in the world. If you would like to make a reservation request by fax, our fax number is 250.373.2432. Please be sure to include a phone number or email address so that we can confirm your reservation request. Or make your reservation request by email to info@lakesidecountryinn.com. Let us know what date you would like to stay with us, how many guests are in your party, and the type of room that you prefer. We will check availability and e-mail you back as soon as possible. While reservations are recommended, we welcome guests who drive by if we still have availability. In the winter we are open by reservation or if we are in the office. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's and American Express, as well as Travelers Cheques and debit at accepted at Lakeside Country Inn. We require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Our Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy varies with the season, room, and length of stay. Please allow 48 hours to change or cancel your reservations for a standard room. Suites during the high season, group reservations, and extended stay reservations may be subject to a cancellation policy of 60 days. We will advise you which cancellation policy applies on booking. Your credit card will be charged if you are unable to give us the required cancellation notice. We look forward to hearing from you soon. |
